All our vehicles are equipped with USB port, GPS, safety belts, baby seats (on request) umbrellas and first aid box etc.

We do have a breakdown service. We provide replacement at earliest in case of a technical problem. However, the time depends on the accessibility of location. We assure prompt arrangement to make sure your tour is uninterrupted.

Chauffeurs are equipped with mobile phones and will provide you the facility to contact the local office, your local hotels etc.

Ideal for: maximum two passengers with backpacks or less baggage.

Vehicles are in good condition. They are new, comfortable, spacious and air-conditioned. They are also equipped with necessary amenities and materials (refer to ‘Further Info’).

Regardless of the category of vehicle, it is guaranteed that the services of our drivers are similar and excellent. Your security is ensured so that you can travel in confidence. Our drivers have sufficient experience to understand your expectations. With them, you can get closer to the daily and authentic life of the local people easily in order to see their living patterns, customs, culture, traditions, rituals, festivals, typical and authentic activities as well as flora and fauna. Our drivers are eager to show you something new throughout your trip from beginning to end. Certainly, your driver will be a good associate during your stay in Sri Lanka.

The given price is calculated from Colombo to Colombo (from garage to garage). At the end of the tour you will have to pay for additional KMs (as per the contract). You may check and sign the given Mileage Form daily so that you know the number of KMs done for the day and you may keep a copy of it. You can check the meter reading at the start and at the end of the day. Before ending the tour (prior to last day) you can check the duly signed kilometer chart and keep cash ready for payment for additional KMs that you have made (if any).

An Invoice will be submitted to you by your chauffeur for extra KMs payable. The pay rate for additional KMs is US $0.35/km. You can make payment in cash (either in Sri Lankan Rupees or US Dollars) to your chauffeur direct for additional KMs. This payment procedure will not be applicable to fixed tours that you purchase.

*Your contract – if you purchase your package excluding chauffeur’s food & lodging, please check with each of the hotels that you have booked if they would provide food and lodging for your driver free of charge. If not, you will have to pay US $15 per night or equivalent in Sri Lankan Rupees to your chauffeur direct.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN GIVEN PRICES: • Welcome at the Colombo airport or at a given location on prior appointment • Private transport in an air-conditioned Premium car including all the transfers, excursions, city tours, sightseeing as per itinerary • Service of an English speaking chauffeur • Chauffeur’s meals & accommodation (05 Nights – 06 days) • Expenses at the airport such as paging board, parking, highway tolls • KMS will be calculated Colombo/ Colombo 1000 Kms (06 days) • Fuel • Local vehicle insurance cover with passengers • All the applicable taxes

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN OUR QUOTED PRICE: • Hotel accommodations • Meals and drinks • Entry fees to the sites/ activities and National parks • Safari jeeps • Train or other mode of transport • Trekking fees/ entrances • Trekker/ guide charges • Tips/ Porter charges • However if you exceed allocated 1000 kms for 06 days from Colombo to Colombo you pay for extra kms @ the rate of 0.25 £ (GBP) per km. • PCR if/ when necessary • Covid19 insurance • Local vehicle insurance cover with passengers • All the applicable taxes

SUPPLEMENT PAYMENT FOR EXTRA KILOMETERS IF ANY Kilometers are calculated from Colombo to Colombo (from garage to garage) Every day morning and evening, you have right to check the meter reading (start ending) and sign the prescribed document given to your chauffeur (with a copy to you) or you can keep records in your copy At the end of the tour you can check the exact kilometers run and can pay for additional kilometers if you have exceeded allocated 1000 kilometers (if any) to chauffeur direct in cash (either in Pound Sterling or Sri Lankan Rupees) Charge for an additional kilometer is 0.25 £ (GBP) per km.

You can make an advance payment by a bank transfer/ online payments (equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your package) to secure your booking and can make balance payment by cash on arrival to our representative.
